As a Senior UX Designer at Duke Energy, I'm driven by crafting seamless, user-centric experiences for our internal applications. From research, to ideation and execution, I'm fully immersed in the entire UX journey. Understanding user needs is at the core of my work. Through collaborative research, I empathize with their goals and pain points, translating insights into thoughtful wireframes. User groups and feedback sessions are vital to ensuring our apps meet user needs. I thrive on facilitating these sessions and making iterative improvements based on invaluable input. Collaborating with developers, I ensure smooth implementation, resulting in applications that truly resonate with users.
